What is the duration of Ideal Children Sleep Day. Children who can not be enough time to sleep, their immune systems could be disrupted.

Never underestimate the benefits of sleep. Children who are not getting enough sleep, they may have difficulties in concentrating while studying at school, impulsive behavior, hyperactivity, and even the immune system disrupted.

Babies ages 3-12 months
At this age, babies usually start sleeping for nine hours to 12 hours a night. About 80 percent of babies are physically able to sleep through the night at 9 months of age. Thirty-minute nap, 1-4 times a day, are also common.

Toddlers (1 to 4 years)
Toddlers average night's sleep for 12-14 hours. Meanwhile, nap time, in general, usually not until more than two times a day.

School-age children (5 to 12 years)
The kids middle school age need time to sleep about 10-11 hours a night. Most children in the United States stopped napping when they turned seven years old.

Adolescents (13 to 18 years)
They should be 8.5 to 9.5 hours of sleep each night. Many children in this age group, particularly older adolescents, insufficient sleep, "said McGinley.
