How to treat dehydration

The sign of the body is dehydrated is the presence of excessive thirst. This sort of thing, do not be ignored.

Moreover, floating feeling, dizziness, and fatigue come together. This can be dangerous if not addressed immediately.

Dehydration can also be detected with a rapid heartbeat. In addition, a dry mouth and lips can also be a sign. Another sign of dehydration can be seen also during urination. To avoid dehydration, there are some steps that can be overcome in practice.

Drink before, during, and after the move. We're not fit, drink and eat even less, even if you do not feel thirsty and hungry.

The myth we need to drink eight glasses a day is not too true. All you have to do is drink enough to relieve thirst. Sometimes, you need to drink more. For example, when you're sick or going to work out.

The best drink, of course water. Milk, is also good for consumption. Fruit juice is not a problem. However, preferably, water and milk should be drunk more often than juice.

Limit soda and other sugary drinks. Whatever its form, whether fruit punch, orange juice, or sweet iced tea. The drink contains a lot of sugar that is not needed by the body.

To save some pocket money, bring water from home with a cool bottle until you do not need to snack beverage.
